What OPSMAPIA does

Advanced mapping tools in one simple page. Build your own structure of spots, and everything you plot reaches your whole organization, visually and audibly, the moment it happens.

Inside OPSMAPIA

One live map for every operations room.

  1. Adding a spot in Jumeirah, Dubai: a right-click on the map, Add New Spot, its title, description, category, group and type, then Save. The new spot appears on the map.
    01

    Plot what matters.

Right-click the map to add a spot. It takes its shape and colour from your own structure, and lands on everyone's map the moment you save it.

  2. Drawing a polygon around Dubai Marina, naming it, choosing its colours and saving it as an area of interest.
    02

Draw the areas you care about.

Draw an area, name it and colour it. Keep areas, routes and zones in groups you show or hide for everyone. Any area can become a geofence.

  3. A team driving across Dubai, its position updating live, then Tracking History drawing its route from start to finish with speed, duration and distance.
    03

    Know where your team is.

Live positions from the mobile app, and every route from the last 30 days, start to finish, with times, speeds and distance.

  4. An SOS from Bravo Team: the Team widgets flag it, one following Bravo on a map of its own, the top bar turns red and the map goes to them. In Messages the operations room sends Alpha Team, Alpha replies they are on their way, and Bravo replies they are safe.
    04

Hear it the moment it happens.

An SOS sounds an alarm for everyone online and takes the map to the caller. Send help from Messages and hear the field answer, with location reports and geofence alerts in the same place.

  5. Records: a search across every spot by title. Then Charts over the last 12 months: a line for each category, and one category broken down by group and by type.
    05

    See the whole picture.

Every spot in one searchable table. Charts break a whole year down by category, group and type, ready to print for your next briefing.

  6. 06

Find what's in an area, or along the way.

Draw an area to see only the spots inside it. Or pick two places and see every spot within reach of the road between them, with the distance and driving time.

New

What you watch, right on the map.

Widgets float over your map on glass. Drag them where you want them, and they stay with your account.

The map of Dubai with widgets floating over it: the Legend, a team member followed on a small map of their own, the World Clock, a Chart of daily columns by group, and the Team list
  • World Clock

Analysis

Analysts behind your map.

OPSMAPIA's own team follows events around the clock, every day of the year, and puts what matters straight onto your map. Real people who know the ground, not AI.

Information from many sources goes to OPSMAPIA's analysts, who check it and send it on to your map, your mobile app and your reports. Sources OPSMAPIA analysts Your map Mobile app Reports
  • A live feed on your map

Verified incidents arrive on a channel of their own, with their place, time and assessment, and everyone on your map sees them the moment they land.

  • In the field, too

Your people on the ground get the same updates in the OPSMAPIA app on their phones, with a sound and a message.

  • Daily and weekly reports

From the big picture down to the detail: security, political, military, critical infrastructure and the economy, written for the people who decide.

Is your area covered? Ask us. If it isn't yet, we can cover it for you.

And everything else.

All in an interface your team learns in minutes.

  • Custom categories, groups and types

Create a category for anything you track, then groups and types under it. Each category is either time based (incidents and reports that follow your date filters) or static (sites and assets that are always on the map).

  • Assessment built in New

Rate each report by impact level (ILI 1 to 9), source reliability (A to F) and information credibility (1 to 6), so everyone reads it with the right weight.

  • Route Check New

Enter where a journey starts and ends, and see every incident within 1, 2, 5 or 10 km of the road, with the distance and driving time.

  • Geofence alerts New

Turn an area into a geofence and get an alert when an assigned person enters it, leaves it or goes over a speed limit inside it.

  • GEO Search

Go to a place by name, by latitude and longitude or by MGRS grid reference.

  • Fourteen base maps New

Twelve styled vector maps, from Military Colors to Porcelain, plus Satellite and Terrain, with place and road names on or off.

  • Real-time notifications

Every new or changed spot and overlay reaches every user instantly, with a sound and a message, and the map updates itself.

  • Share a spot or overlay

Send a link that opens the spot or overlay on its own map, with its details, files and base maps, for anyone outside your team.

  • Export spots as CSV

Download the spots on your map as a spreadsheet, with title, description, structure, country, location tags and date.
